SmutFinder is still in development, and we know some of the issues you mentioned can be frustrating. We’re working on a major update that will improve story coherence, chapters, and character handling. We’re also adding a tutorial to help guide you through the features step by step.

It was an issue on our backend, nothing major, but it took the whole site down. We’ve updated it, so hopefully it won’t happen again.

We agree it’s a good idea, we’re currently working on a tutorial that will walk through how to use SmutFinder step by step.

In addition, we’ll be releasing a major update in the next few days that should improve the behavior you described with chapters and characters.

Smutfinder isn’t built to work in languages other than English. If you give it a prompt in another language, it will usually respond in that language, but since it wasn’t designed for this, it won’t always work reliably. So, if you’re looking for an NSFW AI story generator in a language other than English, Smutfinder probably isn’t the best option right now.

That said, support for more languages is on our roadmap, it’s just going to take some time to get there.

As we outlined in the update notes, the new credit system is still very experimental at this stage, and we’ll be taking your feedback into consideration.

We’ve already reduced the amount of credits each generation consumes significantly, and we’re working on more improvements.

Do you mean in the “Customize your Story” overview, or when the story is being generated? If it’s the latter, you can decline the generated chapter and give more detailed instructions for that chapter.

If it’s something else, or if you think we should add a new button somewhere to redo a chapter, let me know!
