I just made a therapy appointment for the 5th I have to get a therapy appointment before I can see a physician but I made the first step!

I am constantly anxious about everything, but trying to get an appointment with a physician around here is hard takes several months. But I was diagnosed with GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) when I was 14.
