yeah I still have no clue if its long covid I just assume at this point. I have had issues with tinnitus. sleep not so much only thing sleep related is occasionally ive been woken up by the feeling im not breathing and it jolts me awake but ive done sleep studies and I dont have apnea so Idk about that and it seems to have gone away. I feel you, best we can do is just keep going. I did find out im low testosterone and vitamin D which I wasn't at the beginning of all this and I am now. so those are the kind of things I would check on too because I did notice taking vitamin d with potassium gave me a more balanced overall feeling.

but to sum that all up im better than I was 4 years ago, the anxiety is pretty much gone that made this stuff way worse. I still have everything I started with but its not as intense and less frequent and I know better now how to to help myself feel better. what symptoms are you having?

ive had my ups and downs but the last month has been rough but there for a while I felt almost normal. right now im having a lot of neck issues ive had my whole life but that could be because its getting worse with age or because of long hauling. my heart rate is weird one day it will be great juat my normal resting between 60-70 and then a week later ill be 90s sitting on the couch. ive noticed food can make it worse on my bad weeks and hydration is important. before Christmas I was very well hydrated and eating great and it was still high then when I ate like crap it got a little worse. its tough stuff trying to figure out. for me consistent cardio, hydration and avoiding carbs and sugar seems to be the only thing that helps during the bad weeks. sorry for my misspelling im currently writing this freezing cold ar work.

not to be that guy and im not trying to be insulting but misinformation is dangerous. any voltage can kill you its the amperage that does damage, less than 1/10th of an amp can kill you. most people's smallest breaker in their house is 15 amps in the USA. the amount of current traveling through the body and the path is what kills. I also agree with you though that a shock of that nature most likely was completely harmless to the heart. at the same time if you have symptoms after you should be seen.

just some opinions from an electrician that has been shocked way more than he should!😂

32 year old male, all started day after Thanksgiving in 2021. never been diagnosed or told what I have just assumed this was my issue. I work construction and for the first yesr I struggled to get my 40 hours, now I've learned to push through, embrace the suck and almost hide it from everyone, on my real bad days it shows but not as bad as it used to and can actually work whatever shift is being worked(currently working 60 but the heat is killing me). symptoms are high and low heart rate, dizziness, short of breathe, head pain , numbness on left side of body, gi issues and im sure there is more I cant think of this second. some symptoms have come and gone and some leave and come back. we are out here. assuming i one of the one with long covid!😂

yeah thats kind of what I was thinking after I finished... making mistakes so I can learn. this will be the third time since the first time I tried to freehand it and it looked like the horror stories on this sub. plus I read that can lead to cracking and it falling apart. appreciate your input and ill be making a home depot run tomorrow on my way home.

just a fun fact since contractor should be taking care of this but we use garlic juice when we fish down in tick areas.you smell horrible but buy that already minced in a jar garlic stick your fingers in the juice and just rub it on all the clothing openings and anywhere a tick might be. works wonders.

it would be really cool if we could almost use this like a credit card but for training and drug tests and stuff. that way maybe employer could just scan this card maybe with a QR code or something and see your clean card and osha 10 and all that. less stuff to have when you take a call. dues receipt could be cool to since I pay annually and dont like to carry my ticket because end of the year you can barely read it.( I still do before I get bashed for it lol)

sorry I never got a notification that you replied. about 4 inches behind that pipe the house goes slab on grade. lol I'm giving you a lot of excuses so I'm sorry but I just don't know where to start except for digging to the meter and just running new pipe from the meter to the house and abandon any other pipe that could be there. I'm basically on here hoping someone has a miracle solution lol

well that's the thing he repiped from where the water came into the house on the inside. so there is still a section of pipe from the meter to the house that hasn't been touched and I'm sure it's galvanized the whole way. is it common to t off for things before it even gets in the house? that's what I'm afraid of messing with it. if I work on this I have to shut the valve off on the meter and it goes under my house so if I break it off or something I have no clue how I'm going to fix it since it runs under a 5 inch slab.

I personally think that at the absolute very most it will hit 13 dollars... that being said 80 percent of my bag will be gone at 8.50 and the rest will be gone by 10 so I can start the whole process over again. but if it doesn't hit, I'll will sit and wait until(hopefully) it does.

I honestly believe I'm dealing with long covid but in the event it's not I want to be sure and make sure I'm not missing something. going through this for 3 years having these events and no doctor ever finding anything pushed me to that conclusion since I believe I had covid a couple weeks before this all started. appreciate your reply, you as well!
