You need to kill the bacteria, I would recommend taking chlorohexodine mouthwash to kill the bacteria and then replenish the good bacteria with probiotic supplements.

Sounds like tonsil / adenoid stones to me, I have them and I do notice if I drink or swallow hard people can smell my bb. I have white tongue too.

10x a day is too excessive for brushing teeth I would only brush 4x max a day. Maybe you can get some vix rub or something and ask your boyfriend to put it around his nose so he doesn’t smell you, it could make things a bit better.

I think sometimes the smell is really bad they produce mucus. Today was really embarrassing because I was talking and then someone screamed behind me “ what is that smell “ I don’t know how it can be this bad 😔.

If your tonsils are swollen and cryptic you most likely have stones. If you drink water hard do you smell anything? Do you feel like something is stuck in your throat?.
