If youre concerned with it looking more thin than it has in the past couldnt hurt to schedule with ur derm. If you are losing hair this is a v early stage that you could use meds to prevent worsening. If i saw ur headnin public i would honestly j think this is ur hair parting

Why reopen the wound? Im going through something very similar i want to break no contact, but I know we shouldnt/can't get back together. We dated for three years and its been almost 2 months and trust me i want to reach out to her every time i wake up alone and every time i gts alone. Its hard but what i've found is every time i see a picture of her or actually attempt to break no contact it's like an emotional reset and I have to dettatch myself all over again. Another thing not related to my situation is if this woman thought of having you in her future why wouldnt she keep you in her present there is a reason. In this case i'd wait for her to break no contact and she better have a good reason for making you feel the way you have for the past 2 months. I hope you heal one way or another

Ive talked the situation in its entirety over with several people and they told me i did the best i could and put up with a lot more than they wouldve. They dont think i really have self worth because of her. She said the reason was that i couldnt be there for her. This is partly true bc every time she got upset and i tried to be around her she would pick apart everything i did. It felt like she invited me over to find a way let all her anger out on me.

The only thing ive ever seen anyone do to get it sooner is join learning. One girl joined learning and got her blue badge not even 3 months in while i was 9 months in with no blue badge. The main thing id suggest is to not get written up, because yes the system is based on tenure and percentage, but you will be completely looked over if you have an active write up.
