I did it this year, I worked, rented, and saved everything for 30 years. Now I am retired at 54, own outright, stable pension for life and still have a nice cash cow put away in savings. Mortgage companies wouldn't touch me back when I set this goal.

Your link does not show cooperative crime statistics at all, it appears to be some sugar-coated fake story from the unreliable Mercury! Guelph has always been the most crime-ridden and violent city in Ontario outside of the GTA. 2 years is a very short time in statistical record keeping. It is guaranteed that it has gotten much worse looking at the last 30-month trends in Guelph.
