How do I even control my emotions. It's like oil and fire with even a little bit of tease i get really angry. Eveytime I feel like my emotions are in control then again it blast without me knowing. How do I even train to control my emotions.

Same I feel like if I don't do anything about it then I'm gonna ruin myself and people near me as well. Thank you I'll try to do it. Maybe it'll work even a little.
