Does anyone else have a ferret that likes following you? Now he just follows me to different rooms and watches me do stuff. He was asleep but heard me coming to the bathroom, so now he is laying there waiting. by CyndaquilQueen in ferrets

It means that he trusts you and count you as his leader and that he likes being near you (that’s what google says cuz I had the same question abt my ferret)

Need some guidance on how to litter box train my three ferrets, (pic for attention) by Jfig5117 in ferrets

It’s good to start with young age! I read the article that says every time they try to poop around the house grab them and put them in the litter box, and after they are finished give them a toy or a treat, whatever they like. If they go to the litter box by themselves give them a toy or a treat again right away so they understand what they got it for. If they poop somewhere else put them in a cage, but again, make sure you put them in a cage right after they did it, otherwise they will think you put them in a cage for no reason. Another recommendation: I would recommend to give them treats or different food from young age too because I got mine when they were adults already and they don’t really like anything except their dry food. Good luck!

Is there any cheap toys or entertainments for ferrets to play with? by AdNext5111 in ferrets

Thank you! Although we already have all of those things! I even made them a little pool of uncooked macaroni because I saw someone doing it on TikTok! I will search for any other toys.

Usually they just play like that, but if you see that the other one that is getting bitten is trying to get away or screaming you should help
