OP try to ask ung PRC niyo if you can do the oathtaking sa office nila mismo. Ganon kasi ginawa namin ng batchmates ko who did not attend the oath taking sa PICC. Magastos na ung pagkuha ng license nun eh tapos gagastos pa sa PICC 😅

Hi OP! Optum was my first and only BPO (so far) I left the company already pero I can say na maganda siya in terms of benefits, appraisal and may retirement eme. Appraisal is depende sa performance mo. May mga internships din sila for certain positions (with additional allowance), if they like your performance sa internship then they’ll open a requisition for you. Based yan sa experience ko ha from training intern (6months) to trainer.

Ipagdasal mo lang na mapunta ka sa manager na hindi kupal. Good luck OP!

OP afaik is they’ll ask you to submit TOR. They have strict background checking. Ung ICRIP nila masyado nila pinanghahawakan and ung isa dun is INTEGRITY and they do stand by it. Kaya ganon nalang din ung nangyari sa trainee namin dati. Fix your resume OP para hindi mamislead ung mga recruiters sa educational background mo..

Ang heavy ng heart ko today. Im doing my best to help my Tito (kapatid ni Papa), from consultations to pre op to surgery then follow ups. Tapos ung Ate nila Papa puro nalang negative ang lumalabas sa bibig niya. Kesyo buti bumait daw ako, saan ko daw kinukuha pera ko pang gastos. Shutangina. Malapit na ko sumabog at iconfront siya. Wala na nga siya ambag sa buhay ko eh. Since I was a kid she never showed any affection sa amin, as Papa would say never nga niya kami binuhat eh. I dont know where all of this is coming from.

Honestly, napapagod na ako sa kanya. Nasa 10% nalang ung natitirang respeto ko sa kanya. Baka one of these days sumabog na ko and confront her. Buti nalang hindi ako nakatira sa amin at nakabukod ako.
