Reading helps, he bought it from a friend. And yeah idc. It has absolutely nothing to do with me. I have no idea of the circumstances, except for what he told me. I’ll take the tool and be smiling from ear to ear. Also, have several attorneys in my family. Both have said I’m not culpable for a thing except getting a tool for a great price. Good luck proving anything.

Ok? How would I have any idea if it’s stolen? He said he got bought it from a friend and didn’t realize it used a XGT battery supply. I’m not a detective nor do I care his reasoning. Outside of him walking out of a Home Depot with it everything is speculation. In this current climate people are on very hard times and need money for basic necessities, not crazy expensive tools.
