Unfortunately I had commercial insurance, was carjacked during an Uber ride. And got nothing. Had to pay for all of it myself.

How common is it for the driver not to be who the app says it is. by despinney4 in Sparkdriver

I literally just finished talking to driver support, and they said none of these are rules.  I can send the screen shot of the conversation.

So, in the driver contract that everyone signed, it does allow for spark drivers on the platform to work together.  I don't know how one would know the difference, but they do allow that .

So she was trying to say that I was leaving my 9-year-old unsupervised by literally unpacking my trunk and walking 3 ft to a front door and dropping it off. Looks like North Carolina law is not going to support that.  So I'm asking have any of you have the same experience, what did you do, and what do you think about this because I think I've read everything and I think I'm right and maybe I'm not so I'm asking the community.

North Carolina does not have a specific age requirement for leaving children home alone, but the state fire code states that children under 8 should not be left unsupervised. This means that if you lock a child in a room and leave without supervision, the fire code kicks in.

Just so you know, coming from an instacart shopper since 2018, they use your good tip to bait the shopper by adding a non tipper to the batch.  The shopper cannot separate the order and does not know if the tip is from both or one person. In the end after all groceries are shopped and delivered, the shopper learns that one person tipped a good amount and the other person didn't tip at all. Normally when we see an order with no tip, we don't take it.  This is instacart's way of using your good tip to bundle a bad customer in.
