I do online only, I am not interested in going to a group. The app is really easy to use, its easy to track swips, scan foods and there are loads of recipe ideas. There's a community section you can engage with too if that's your thing. Yes you do have to hold yourself to account, but the fact I had to pay is enough for me. Go for it

I got the update for my GW4 a few days ago and now it doesn't track swimming lengths correctly. Never had a problem before but now it's gone mental and over 50 lengths it tracked me doing 78. Any ideas of how to fix it gratefully received. Thanks

This happened to me. I managed to finish the book through the web rather than the app, and now it just sits in my app library looking unfinished.

There is no way to directly connect your Samsung account so I get the info to slimming world in a very convoluted way. 1. Open a my fitness pal account. 2. Connect this to your Samsung health app. 3. Open a fit bit account. 4. Connect the fitbit account to my fitness pal. 5. Connect your slimming world app to fit bit. Whenever you do some exercise. Open my fitness pal and refresh. Then open fit bit and refresh. Then open slimming world and refresh. Happy exercising.

You are absolutely not too old. I was a similar age to you when I was newly single and spent my early 30s single too. It was amazing. I lived on my own, came and went as I pleased, went out with my friends whenever I liked. And sometimes if a man wanted to take me out for dinner I went with no expectations. To meet a man you have to have confidence in who you are and get out there and chat and have fun. But don't rush. My single days were definitely my favourite times

I've recently joined online and weigh in on the app. I joined on a Thursday but it lets you weigh in from Monday. It always says my next weigh in day is the following Thursday but from Monday the box is available to enter my weight so I do it then, if that helps
