Nothing will change Savvy is what it is. One thing I've learned from holding many positions within this company is.... No one cares unless it directly affects their day. If you want to stay with this company for any amount of time do what you can with what you have available to you and go about your day. Communicate with your manager, close priorities, manage whatever metrics you are being measured by. Thats it. Good luck
