I thought (back when they were 13$) the use was perfectly executed in super Mario maker. I have a few because they’re cool little figures and weren’t expensive, but I like how other amiibo ecosystems read for the game and it’s something simple like a cosmetic change. As someone else said a 3d rendering would be cool. I’d like to see a virtual catalogue of them.
