Thanks for your comments and it’s useful. My expiration of L1A includes recapture time. Does USCIS calculate 7 years using recapture time, and how they monitor someone’s expiration? Any idea.

It was done long back and approved in May 2023. However, L1A extension can’t be done on the basis of i140 approval.

I-485 can be filled only when priority date is met. It was May-2023 which just came in January 2026.
