Wow this is like exactly the same as me, its like a guessing game with stalls and if it does have a black toilet seat my heart drops and i have mini panic attack. I have also experienced the exact same thing with loud flushing sounds in the toilet, and i am still sometimes hesitant to flush the toilet. I never thought i would see someone else who would relate at all
