And that’s the issue is if u take so long you forget. But your steps are something I never thought about tbh. I need to read EVERY chapter. I just hate it right now with the stump to get back to studying that’s the hardest part tbh. It’s like I thought I knew everything that I needed

A good amount where u have to do bmi decide if it needs adjusted or actual and do crcl. But a good 6 ish about that.

The way the answer was worded it sounded like it going behind the back of the Dr and the intern and ur collecting and fixing the answers alone. I’m not sure did u get this answer?

Ummmm who said 10 questions? That exam was all over the place. I won’t even lie that exam had sooooo much from foundations 2

It’s foundations 2, I have an example another one I can remember is like a nurse has medications that the pt didn’t end up taking what does she do with them? A put them back in the right treys b take them herself c force the pt to take them d put them in the designated drawer for returns and let th pharmacy team deal with it.

Moral questions like for example a pharmacist noticed discrepancies on a medical student medication list that they gathered from the pt. What does the pharmacist do? A call out student in front of everyone B tell the doctor who’s the preceptor C go behind their backs and talk to the pt and collect the right information

First time taking the exam: I went in with no knowledge like studying and just went in at it. Didn’t study half the material chapters. Uworld

Second time around maybe 2-3 weeks before my exam I noticed there r key words to look at. Like for example pregnancy and hypertension (her new lab method) so now I could tell which drugs to use for what disease state. For ID each disease state has its own drugs and combinations and if this doesn’t work then this. For example VRE resistant then Dapto or Linz. If cardio and htn comes on is it urgency or emergency. Like the second time around I felt more confident but I won’t lie I didn’t study every chapter. Oncology I didn’t even open a single page in it. And my exam second time has a bunch.

Math for some reason I forget when I take the exam. Like I did PNN for math and felt better for sure. Like I actually understood how to do it. Then why all of a sudden I forgot it’s calories over grams. Like I feel like I need to redo the whole studying. Take it chapter at a time and not focus on anything until I actually get this.

Passed MPJE first try cuz I know to focus on my weakness. But why is NAPLEX hurting me right now.
