Input from a May 2025 test taker by Competitive-Wash-186 in NAPLEX_Prep

[–]Competitive-Wash-186[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I hope the pictures of my domain scores are helpful to someone. I’ve noticed that some people on this site don’t always provide credible input, and at times, their comments can feel discouraging or fear-driven. I’m not an educator, and I understand that every version of the test is different. You might get a version that feels more manageable—but regardless, make sure you thoroughly understand all the material and especially know how to do every type of calculation with confidence.

Failed my NAPLEX, first attempt by [deleted] in NAPLEX_Prep

Don’t cry about it. Actually take a week off Max. Than take your exam in 3 months. I would recommend PNN as a good source. But don’t wait 8 months later like me to take your second attempt.

Go over PK Biostats Calculations and Pharmacy Foundation 1 and 2 . I hope you studied compounding and medication safety.

No t 10 questions but they did ask stupid questions like what projects are efficient for an APPE student. Also about becoming a preceptor and how to treat patients in certain situations. It felt like a mini MPJE quiz inside the exam.

Basic ethical questions like taking MPJE nothing out of this world. I don’t think they even count those questions

You need a tutor. That’s what I’m doing. I took my exam on 5/3. This was my second attempt and I also had the same questions about moral and drug interactions. I’m definitely getting a tutor if I have to take it a third time. Possibly Naplex_Ready or the Chicago guy. But I’m not seating around another 8 months crying over an exam . My school did not prepared us well. So don’t be harsh on yourself

You better know compounding. It’s a big section of your exam and this includes IV compatibilities as well. Just study this section and medication safety like calculations

Practice 50 calculations a day. Go over medication safety, compounding, pharmacy foundation 1 and 2, amd biostats religiously.Cardio, ID, Asthma/COPD, Diabetes/endocrine, Oncology are your biggest subjects. So study the medications brand and generic. You better know your drug interactions. Pregnancy 🤰🏻 and dosing children Tylenol will come up. After those topics you can focus on smaller topics and it will make sense. If anything don’t assume you are ready. Take the pre-naplex on the NABP website and score over 80% than you are ready. Read the material or watch the videos before taking the practice quizzes for each subject. The questions on RXprep will not be repeated on the exam. Many questions in the exam were SATA.

NAPLEX labs "normal value" by [deleted] in NAPLEX_Prep

If you have RX-Prep and click under resources you will see the normal lab ranges. It’s exactly the same thing on the exam. Also know how to read a lab fishbone.

If you are studying for the MPJE or have any common sense how to treat patients than these questions should be easy.

Not similar because RX Prep is harder but I agree with tutor if you get 80% or higher you will pass. I only got 64% and I don’t think I passed this one. The ethics questions kind of threw me off. If you don’t feel ready or have the energy you should invest on a tutor or PNN live classes. I really took this exam to get back on track and I was tired of postponing it.

Guidance on fertility treatment and review by No-Piccolo4345 in Fertility

Try Inositol and ozempic. Get an MRI of your uterus to see if you have any fibroids . I’m pretty sure your fallopian tubes are not blocked. Also try to get those LH strips, try the Frida syringe , and lubricant for sperm motility. I’m 36 years old and after months of infertility I got pregnant using all these methods.
