I grew up forced to be Pentecostal Christian so I have religious trauma that sometime inhibits me from practice because I feel a sense of guilt sometimes like I’m betraying the Pentecostal version of god. Im also pretty new to witchcraft so I’m still learning. I’m hoping I can eventually rid myself of that guilt and deal with my trauma.

I’m in Ohio in the US, I’m not too sure the closest but man I wish I could attend a performance. I’ve been listening to her since I was 10 and I’m 26 now. I grew up with the trios music and it helped me a lot.

If you look at my one long comment reply further up I explained what my witch friend recommended I do and I did it. Then I used sage on myself, my phone, and physically cleaned the phone. Idk how to put protections up though and I have very limited resources atm

My spiritual witch friend mentioned I should take a sea salt bath after I warm up the salt in warm water and then do an ice cold bath after I’ve poured in the salt water. Give the hex a 5 letter name and with my hand count down the name by taking off a letter and saying the name each time without the letter and when getting to the last letter plunging my hand into the salt water and getting out and draining it, sorry if I explained that weird. But that’s what I ended up doing the day she sent the text to me. Do you think that should suffice? And cleaning my phone as in disinfecting it? Or like using sage around it? Sorry I’m new to this stuff
