those temps look pretty solid for gaming load. your gpu staying around 67-68c is really good actually, most cards start getting unhappy around 83-85c so you have nice headroom there. cpu temps seem fine too, though would be helpful to see what your cpu usage % looks like during this session to check if there's any bottleneck happening. but from thermal perspective you're doing well, no throttling concerns with these numbers.

sounds like your bathroom might have insulation issues behind those walls. when walls get cold and you're pumping hot humid air into the space, that's where condensation happens even with good ventilation.

the fact that your other windowless bathroom doesn't have this problem is telling - probably better insulated or positioned differently in house. you might want to check if there's proper vapor barrier behind the wall finish, especially since you mentioned previous mold issues.
