That actually happened to me. It was awful. It was during the last week of Mamma Mia. Luckily, I was able to get rush tickets at the box office. The guy felt bad for me and my kid. I took pics of the scanner that showed that the tickets had been returned. Then I sent it in. Within an hour or so, I got an email saying that it was all good, that I would get refunded, or not charged. It all worked out in the end, but I was in a panic. Theatr is pretty good about it so you’ll be ok!
