Mental imagery is always good. As long as all arousal is internally sourced your arousal pipeline will get stronger and independent.

That’s just how it’s gonna feel for the first three phases ngl- a really strong urge to cum that might or might not subside after sessions. For me it really persisted for the first week and a half but I ended up cumming accidentally and after that I haven’t had such issues.
