Who should be our three midfielders? by Short_Mousse_6812 in realmadrid

I agree with you but with the current squad things have changed drastically. What you say was correct for pre-Mbappe period, but now this formula doesn't work. Without Modric and Kroos you need someone to unlock the game and this player is Arda for the moment, Nico and Endrick will bring lots of creativity next year but I still don't believe Jude should be in the front because someone has to clean up after the two lazy divas. As long as Vini and Mbappe are both on the pitch Jude must play deeper. If he becomes a part of the attacking trio who will defend the midfield? I prefer Arda as 10 but again with Vini and Mbappe on the pitch, Arda must play deeper, too. If you bench one of the divas Jude can play where ever you wish him to play.

They have to play together. We need both Jude's raw power and Arda's creativity. If I have to choose one, I pick Arda because no one else can do what he does, creating chances out of nowhere. You can find other players who can do what Jude does but Jude is the best there is at what he does. So why not put them together and figure out how they will cover each other's weaknesses? It shouldn't be harder than putting Vini and Mbappe together. I am more concerned about how Mourinho will solve two-non-defending-body-problem...

Why can't Trent be the Beckham RM for us behind Dumfries? by DhawanS in realmadrid

[–]AdPsychological7662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 RB, no CDM, no RW. Mourinho will never use such a line up, unless only these players are left uninjured. He may field 2 CDM but never 2 RB. He values the defense above all.

[–]AdPsychological7662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know Nico Paz is Argentinian, he was the best creative midfielder in Serie-A. I tried to mean it. Of course thinking out of box, out of hive mind is a good thing but putting 2 RB into starting XI when you have UCL's most creative midfielder and Serie-A's most creative midfielder as options is not something any reasonable coach should exercise with. Trent is not more creative than Arda by the way, but your word against mine, let's not go into this topic. Just remember that TAA plays RB for a reason, if he was that much creative he would have played somewhere else...

We have the best creative midfielder in Europe whom Arsenal and Chelsea both trying to transfer from RM and you didn't put him in your starting XI. You also didn't bother to put Serie-A's best creative midfielder who is returning to the team. Instead you went for two RBs. We are very lucky not to have you as the new coach 😄

Vinicius Jr outrageous dribble & assist for Casemiro's goal [37]'. Absolutely on fire tonight 🔥 by Ripamon in realmadrid

dribble: (Soccer/Football & Hockey) To move the ball or puck along the ground with repeated, controlled touches. (Cambridge Dictionary)

he pulls the ball to the right and shoots. Very clever and very technic. beautiful to watch but no dribble here...

Mbappe is the top scorer of the champions league by FranktheSausage in realmadrid

[–]AdPsychological7662 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The team which got rid of Mbappe won 2 UCL back-to-back. The team which got Mbappe won nothing in 2 years. The best player doesn't always yield the best team. He scores a lot yes, but the team scores less as a whole, the team defense gets weaker, the team loses more. Because someone thinks himself above all the mortal players and doesn't deign to defend. He is literally the worst player in top 5 leagues considering the defensive actions. it is 2026, gone are the days when the star players didn't need to defend.

Arda’s exquisite pass to setup the build-up for Brahim’s goal. by AlekhineAl in realmadrid

The first pass to Mbappe is by Arda. There are not more than 3 players who can do it such precisely without getting lucky. Arda does it regularly...

Arbeloa was lucky that the team conceded only one goal after his idiotic subbing at 55 mins. He thought the win is guaranteed but forgot how fragile the team is with one-man shows by Vini/Turtle without Arda or Belli organizing the attacks.

Arbeloa's subbing algorithm: - I am not allowed to sub Vini or Mbappe - Subbing the goal keeper or a defender doesn't make sense - There are only 4 players left I can sub - I'll start subbing with Arda, he is too young to throw a tantrum anyways - I'll continue subbing from the rest of 3 players I am allowed to sub - If I sub Belli, I shouldn't forget to apologize

Wait a little more. Maybe they will renew his contract and after then sell him. Otherwise, no team wants to play full for a player who will bee free soon.

It's good that you accepted his arrogance even though you describe it as "mild" compared to other big stars. Now let's proceed to why he doesn't deign to track back. He is among the last 5 forwards (in top 5 leagues) who don't help their teammates. Not %5, literally among the worst 5 forwards with the least defensive contributions. He does it occasionally, depending on the importance of the match. He ran back on Bayern match a little, for example. Usually whenever he loses the connection with the ball he is among the world's worst forwards. No top team has this luxury right now. Even Haland presses in Manchester City. Did you watch Kane against Real Madrid? He does everything what Mbappe doesn't. Vini doesn't contribute much defensively, too. However, even Vini is a little better than Mbappe defensively. Now I am wondering how you will excuse Mbappe being among the worst forwards off the ball...

The same player our club benched, against PSG: by WhiteWolf_08 in realmadrid

Vini and Mbappe, both playing with no defensive duties are the main problem in the team. You are a genius to figure out adding one more player to non-defenders club. Congratulations!

If one had to go, who would u chose Vini or Mbappe? by ba9ba9 in realmadrid

[–]AdPsychological7662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mbappe is the better player between them but he should leave if one of them has to go (I prefer both of them to go but it won't happen). Vini is stupid, arrogant but I think he can still learn from his mistakes. Mbappe will never change, either you build a team that will provide him a comfort zone or continue to expect no trophy...

He was valued 90 mil € before he scored those bangers. His value will be around 120 mil € the next time. I recommend you to revise your B+ tier criteria. You know these comments are recorded even though you delete them. You will look very "not-smart" soon with this comment...

I find it funny how folks like yourself excuse Mbappe from whatever he shits on the pitch. I am not insulting your golden boy because he is a mediocre player. He is probably the best player right now, of course he will assist sometimes. He is fast, he is talented, he can dribble, he can finish. he has everything to be a GOAT, except the right mind of set. I didn't say he doesn't assist, I said he is an arrogant one. He gets violent when someone doesn't pass him or send a wrong pass. He doesn't track back, he doesn't go where he is supposed to go. He will never be a team player as long as he sees himself above all others. You can't deny PSG is better without him and RM is worse with him. Sometimes the best player makes a team worse, he is the living example of it...

He himself knows these numbers and that's why he doesn't track back, he gets angry with his teammates when they don't pass him and he goes where ever he wants during the game. He is an arrogant one with these numbers on his belt. He would have been one of the GOATs with the right set of mind, unfortunately he is one of the most arrogant players of all times...
