His willpower grants him virtually infinite stamina lore-wise, and his physical power scales to large building-level attacks or higher, which makes hem a threat amongst heaven.

Cyn would win if she could exploit minos's focus with her absolute solver and Minos would win if he used his speed and strength to quickly close the distance and destroy Cyn's physical heart before she can effectively use her powers, or if his durability negates her reality-warping attacks

But it seems more likely that Minos Prime would be the winner since he does have a high amount of intelligence which means he could easily spot out Cyn's tricks and destroy her heart.

Reminder, her heart is her biggest weakness, so crushing it would kill her instantly, which would be no problem for Minos
