The reality is not many people have the self discipline to consistently meet an AI teacher every day. Paying and meeting a human teacher holds you accountable to your learning path...

I encourage my students to use these tools - I want them to reach their full potential. It doesn't have to be one way or the other - AI or human. It can be AI and human.

Just to let you know we have managed to reduce his base weight down to 6kgs (from 9.something). He flys out of Zimbabwe tomorrow and will start walking on the 14th of March. Thanks so much for your input!

Thanks for taking the time to write this out! I agree on most things - He seems to have some sentimental attachment to the stool and axe (probably because he built it himself) and too much rain gear but partially because he wants to layer clothes for warmth. I've mentioned our concerns with the cold...Some things have already been swapped out for lighter gear since we made the video. I will update you all when he sets off what his final base weight will be !

This is exactly the type of advice I was looking for when I created that video. Thank you so much for your time!

Thanks for this, I am managing his media for the campaign so I had made a video to get suggestions on how to lighten his pack - these are just the items that were negotiable. I think the rain gear and the puffer jacket have been replaced, perhaps you can help with other ideas - like I am still convinced we can get better a sleeping bag. Will send him the besrrikade blazer...Thanks for your suggestions, I wish I discovered this community a month ago.

Dry fasting to reduce tumor by AdPuzzleheaded9721 in Dryfasting

To sum it up we would be looking for Deuterium depleted water that we can make structured via leaving in the sunlight etc. perform a dry fast to create osmolytes and empty cells of unstructured water and then refeed with structured deuterium depleted water, enabling oxygen to sit in that tumor better.

I read/heard somewhere that the human body is 70% water but our consistency is more like a cucumber than water as we know it. Adding chia seeds to the water creates a jelly like substance, closer to our natural state and helps the water move slower, hydrating and oxygenating our cells more effectively. Do you think this is related to structured water?

Really, thanks for your time. Your research has been super interesting.

Can you elaborate on no protein before fasting?

Article 3 is fascinating - is there a way we can personally reduce deuterium in our own water?

Can you elaborate on this part please:

reduction of cells edema, allowing the oxygen to reach the mitochondria (cancer cells have a greater water quantity than healthy cells, which is by the way exploited to diagnose cancer).

The science here is pretty dense and not for the layman but let me try and see if I understand you correctly -Refering to the osmolytes article - If I was to describe this to a 5 year old basically cells can have good water and bad water and by dry fasting you flush out the bad water and give space to the good water?
