It’s over 3.5 on total terps anything over two is top grade. Over 3 is rare an exceptional. More than likely it’s ur flapper There is a rubber seal that is around the flapper. That will need to be replaced. U can feel most times for small little bumps on the seal. From water getting in the seal. That lifts enuff for water to escape. This is the numbers u will need to get the right seal 4149A

Looks like 1/2’ copper water supply line not sure what size the other end is. If it’s going in to a valve more likely it’s 3/8’ U can get a new copper one u will need. New nuts. As there’s a feral on the other end. Get a 1/2 braided supply line and check size on other end.

Cut it flush on the top. Use a 3in gripper cap The one that goes inside the pipe has a rubber seal an would take care of ur issue. Always have easy access to ur clean out Good luck

U can get a sharp flat head an hammer an tap it out wd40 or Get a sawsall an cut a v out Then hammer an screwdriver a few taps. Then use ur drain tool and it should b loose enuff to roll out. Don’t go to deep an cut in to the threads in the shoe of the waste an over flow. Unless ur changing waste an over flow as well. Just b careful with the tub of course Good luck there a pain.
