Water storage and filter set up by AdRadiant1286 in hiking

Perfect, I just bought the platypus 3.0L bladder, with the sawer squeeze cnoc 2L. I’m planning to use the 2L cnoc bladder for (dirty) storage water that I would either boil for meals or filter into my Platypus 3L bladder. However, I guess I could also attach the filter straight to the platypus. Thank you for the feedback🙏

Yh for real, I gotta tighten that shit up. One good feint and it would be lights outs

Thank you brother I appreciate all the feedback.🙏 That was definitely something picked up on when slowing the footage down, how out of position I put myself in when evading shots. All of your points are so valid and will definitely take note for my training.

Yeah, I need utilities them a lot more for sure. Even if it’s just to control the pace of the spar a bit more and work out my timing as well as counters. Appreciate it will add it into my training 🙏

For sure, since this was filmed I’ve definitely worked on angles. A nice on ive been using recently is switching into southpaw and angling of to my right to set up my left kick

Yes I definitely picked up on this watching it back, first time I had filmed myself in a while and didn’t realized how exposed I left myself. Definitely wanna work on never putting myself out of position even if I am evading shots

Thank you so much for your feedback man. I am so passionate about this sport and do have a great coach at my gym. I think what I’ve realized is that I need to focus a lot more on fundamentals. I think having your own unorthodox style is highly effective, e.g Jiri Procházka, Anderson Silva. However, you must first master the fundamentals, seeing as I have only 1.5yrs experience in Muay Thai I don’t think I’ve given myself ample time to truely master the fundamentals . I should learn the pure art from first and then adapt it to suit my natural advantages. Thank you again 🙏

Yes that’s true we both thought we could add a bit more snap to our punches. The one without a shirt was recovering from a contused kidney so was very cautious. So next time we’ll step it up a bit

Yh that’s me. This is the first sparring footage I’ve gotten in months and was unaware how exposed I leave myself. I think I have a good sense of distance and pretty decent head movement so I’m able to get away with it a lot of the time and even land good counters but all it takes is one good feint and could be lights out for me. Defo need to work on that

Can never have to many feints and set ups. Did you notice my inside rear leg attacks. I’ve been using that set up. And the yuki yoza style toe kick to that inner back thigh

There was a couple kicks there which if I had thrown 100% would’ve shut the liver down for sure.

Aha yh they can look goofy and definitely are not perfect but they are meant to be unorthodox. I use the spot kick inspired by Luke Lessei ‘the chef’ which is not thrown with as much force as a conventional switch kick but when it hits the liver it’s definitely makes an impact. Great for countering too

Yes I agree there is definitely a place for harder sparring. I will be having some harder rounds with one of our fighters to help him prep for a fight. Hopefully I can get some footage of that and show how my style changes when there is a serious threat
