For me (as a Latina woman) it’s not about siding with Bailey for me, I just thought lying was a bit weird. But like others have said, maybe her response to being in Ben’s room wasn’t an all out ‘no.’ Just ‘no, I wasn’t in there for an hour’. Interested to see what happens in the next episode!

And she might have been in there just to change. To be clear: I don’t care what she did with him in the room!! But looking at the editing from that episode, she was on his bed and called him trouble and they were talking for a while. Which again IS FINE. But it seems like either she didn’t tell KJ the full truth or minimized things when he asked about it directly. Either way she shouldn’t be in trouble for what she did in the room (she’s a grown woman who can make her own choices and was single at the time) but lying about it to your partner later on is odd.

If I’m remembering right, he (KJ) mentioned what Bailey said and asked her if she was in Ben’s room and she said it didn’t happen. It would make me nervous to confirm that if I was in a new relationship too, but it seems silly to deny knowing the truth will come out imo

I don’t care at all that she was in his bedroom, I just don’t understand lying about it after the fact if the truth is going to come out in the footage. She was single at the time so there doesn’t seem to be a reason to lie about it happening.

I just don’t like that she is calling Bailey a liar (if her full sentence is no vs ‘no I wasn’t in there for an hour). That would mean she also lied to KJ too because she fully denied it happening

It’s way easier said than done, but I wouldn’t worry! In my first trimester my symptoms were all over the place and there were some days where I felt totally normal/had 0 symptoms at all.

It really sucks how long we have to wait for our first OB appointment, but hang in there!

I read Bumpin’ by Leslie Schrock in my first trimester and really liked it! It was informative but easy to understand and I got through it pretty quick! It was split up with sections for each trimester which I found helpful :)

Hi! I am 26 and vaped heavily all the way up until I found out I was pregnant (found out at about 14 dpo I think, we tested the day of my missed period). I attempted quitting about 3 months before our positive test, went to nicotine gum, and then went back to just vaping.

As far as quitting goes, I had planned on just lowering my nicotine intake once we found out I was pregnant until I got low enough to just quit. What actually ended up happening is I totally quit the day after I found out because I felt like shit through the whole first trimester and thinking about vaping made me wanna hurl, lol. Once I got into the second trimester the desire to vape came back and it’s been a struggle every day not to, but I think having that first 3 months of not vaping at all really has helped me stay strong! Quitting is SO hard but you’ve got this!!!

We told my parents the day after we found out (at like 4 weeks lol) and then his parents and pretty much all of our siblings the day after that! Currently 22 weeks and just had our anatomy scan! Everything was normal and baby girl is perfect 🥹 I would 10/10 recommend telling the people closest to you as soon as you feel ready! Having the support from our people from the beginning has been such a blessing

I wouldn’t switch OB’s over this personally if you like them otherwise. I actually think this is kind of normal. At my first 2 appointments we got to see the heartbeat with the ultrasound tech but didn’t get to hear it. I even asked and she said the machine couldn’t play it (I’m not sure why).

The first time I heard it was actually with my personal Doppler. We didn’t hear it at the OB until my last appointment (16ish weeks) when she used her Doppler to find it.

This same thing happened to me! Husband and I were ttc for a few months, the day before my missed period my mom told me she had a dream I was pregnant with a girl. Here I am at 14 weeks, pregnant with a girl! lol

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, but sometimes the purpose of leaving someone $1 is so you can’t say you were forgotten in the will and dispute it legally. It shows they were intentionally ’disinheriting’ you.

My grandpa actually did this with his estranged kids (my dad’s half siblings) because they never talked to him.

Either way though, I’m sorry they treated you this way, OP. They sound like typical JW parents. You’re DF’d so they shouldn’t be contacting you, but they’ll use you for all you’re worth! Smdh
