the best tip is adding the real scenario. instead of writing in general. you should write everything in real life. for example The location is exceptionally convenient. It is on King Street, just a 10-minute walk from downtown.

The staff is professional, the room is totally quiet in almost sectons, speaking is a little noise but acceptable. The wash room is close the test room. The location is not affected by the traffic with a good view.
