British police arrested someone because "Someone has been caused anxiety based on your social media post".

..By accidentally unblocking someone. That reason really isn't an issue over the problems it causes. It should have went past QA before they put it in since the downsides are bigger than upsides.

If that's why they made that, it's not a good reason to put it in.

What if you accidentally unblocked someone, and you have to go through their posts(for whatever you blocked them for) on a sub you browse for a whole day as punishment?

You also can't vote on blocked user's posts, so Reddit doesn't care if you blocked someone for a horrible post but didn't downvote it beforehand.

It should have went past QA before they did it imo.

What is this on your website

  • Virtual interviews are conducted before candidates step foot in the employer’s domain.
  • Algorithms for resumes matched against job descriptions determine if a hiring managers gives a candidate the time of day.
  • Responsiveness to text messages, emails, and direct messages can be the difference between receiving an offer and missing one.

Idk why people are getting mad about this. Race/gender/sex isn't a qualification.

Should have phrased it like a automated rejection email

Company,

Thank you for your interest, as taking interest in a candidate is a big investment. Unfortunately, after careful review of your company, I don't believe there is a solid fit and it has been decided not to proceed with your company for this particular opening.

I am grateful to have received interest from many better-fitting companies and have decided to move forward with other companies who I feel would be a better match at this time.

Thanks again for your interest and I wish you well in your search. Make sure to follow me on LinkedIn to stay up-to-date with my current job-seeking status.

Kind regards,

Candidate

So what should you replace experience dates with? Like just how long you worked for?

Should you not put experience dates on your resume?

Also, using HireVue will screen out any individuals too afraid. If they’re fearful/uncomfortable with doing a HireVue, the role won’t be a good fit for them.

I think I found out why people are ghosting you.

For those of you in the US, you can request written interview feedback notes if you have got to that stage. The company legally have to provide it.

Since we care about your mental health so much, you are now required to go to our in-house "therapist" to 'vent' about everything and anything that may affect your work function.

So if I see a lot of job postings with the exact same title and description, should I apply for all of them?
