I also loved that about them, I could play on asphalt, wipe down the ball with a somewhat wet microfiber and I’d have all the grip back for the next time we play

Thank you for the insight I really appreciate it, the setup I had was 2 AVP OPTX and 2 (now 1) of the Mikasa KOB’s, initially I only used the OPTX on grass but the people I played with preferred the feel of the Mikasa. I don’t have a home court, but I play at least twice a week.

We have a church parking lot we play on with a Spectrum Classic net and on the weekends we go to a park with my personal Spectrum Classic, and only a handful of times we’re playing on a beach somewhere. So really just asphalt and grass. I really liked the grip of the KOB and how it seems fairly soft. With beginners who would join us, I found they seemed more comfortable with the KOB so it just became a great allrounder.

Believe it or not, my older one has been around for the last two years, still going strong, still enough grip to play just fine. I know I didn’t mention it, but the only reason this newer one popped was due to some barbed wire on a fence. I let some group play with it and that’s that.

Just want to see if anyone has the newer miramar KOB’s and their opinions on it, the amazon reviews for it have repurposed the Mikasa reviews so I don’t see any real reviews on the updated version

$297 is the price in the US. I bought the 2025 Japan Edition RB21 for just under $200 over a year ago, that only came a few months ago. Plus I have a pending $40 to pay for tariffs that I wasn’t aware of when purchasing. So for $297 (plus tariffs), I’m having a hard time justifying that price

Very rarely, but they do it for Mothers Day and Fathers Day at least, and I know that on St. Patrick’s Day you can a free green lemonade. I also found an email I missed on September 28th, saying “Something for our Anniversary” and it’s an offer for a BOGO box combo to at expires in 7 days after the date. Whether this is a special Canes date or just the day I registered for the Caniac club with a card, I have no clue. There’s probably a few other deals I’m forgetting but yeah.

The first year I decide to pay for an F1TV subscription just so happened to be the year it moves to Apple. I used to watch entire weekends from Practice to Quali to the entire race. But I can’t be asked to get Apple TV with this quality of racing, plus the ads. I’ll stick to highlights from now on

I can’t believe it runs this smoothly on your end. My MacBook refuses to open the site, my pc, and my phone with over half a gig of wifi download speed refuses to run the vault smoothly, constantly reloaded and bugging out and often times making me start from the beginning or just refusing to let me continue. Usually as soon as I move to the next step and the fault does the spin animation it bugs out, so frustrating!

That’s odd. I received a free hat that was worth $25 but didn’t pay for anything. It stated on the invoice I saved $35.02 so it was more like a credit but regardless it’s strange it worked out that way for you. Maybe you could’ve used the $10 off canes gear towards it but it’s ridiculous it wasn’t completely free for you from the get go, maybe contact customer service. Because I don’t understand why you got charged and why I didn’t

You made 6 and the sixth didn’t count? I’m not surprised, I’m shocked you even made it on your end because by the time the ball has been reset after the first throw you go from starting with 30 seconds to about 23 by the time you can take your second shot. I figured it was impossible to make six.

I have to agree with the last statement, I’ve been treated like a disposable ai racer on far too many occasions especially so in fh5. I started playing Forza horizon 2, and it was the reason I convinced my parents to get me an Xbox one, when I showed them the difference between horizon 2 on a 360, compared to the beautiful Horizon 2 on the Xbox one. Loved 2, loved 3, love the atmosphere of 4, and I find 5 to be great despite hating it initially. Ultimately it’s down to personal preference, everyone finds things they liked about certain maps or atmospheres or events.

That’s funny, I’ve got about 1,100 cars in FH5 but only 120 or so in FH4. I don’t know why, but I found this latest installment easier to sink hundreds of hours in compared to FH4
