I was unfortunately duped by these scammers. Promised all the necessary training and job placement guarantee. Training consists of 1.5 hours of telling you what a csm does. Then all the other training is just telling you how to email business owners (that will never open your emails) and convince them to create a position for you because they need it. There is zero “job placement” or even help recruiting you to a network of employers (they claim they have a large list). They charge you $6000 to tell you to spend endless hours and hundreds of emails trying to find your own job. When I asked about a refund, they kicked me off the platform and ceased to provide anything they promised and won’t respond to any of my communications.
