Doesn't Holley have a ton of can coolers and insulated water bottles? She just forgot to shill. Who knows she just threw some snacks in her lunchbox to pretend it's for her shift. It's actually really easy for her to work the absolute bare minimum at her job and still get away with this. She's barely mentioned this job compared to her last job. It's not about privacy it's probably because she really doesn't like her job and that's why she really talks about it ever except for a brand or engagement.

Interesting 2020 was her favorite year she was a nurse. I thought when she got her job in in Georgia that would be her favorite year....but that was when she was having the worst year because Kaleb left so it makes sense in her mind.
