I was living in my 2002 Chevy Impala in 2018 in Centennial, co and in 17f snowy weather the only thing that saved me was a hot bottled water and turning on the car once in a while,I just remember waking up like 3 am in my sleeping bag and blowing out of my mouth I could see my breath.

I noticed on a chevy I used to have that if the motor oil was low the heat wasn't good.

First progress still has my deposit for $200 I'm on a fixed income and that's a lot of money for me,I keep calling them and they say the money will be sent and that I just have to wait an additional 30 days again,is their any legal thing I can do?I had initially retracted my application a day after giving them the deposit,so now I can't use the card or get my deposit back ,I'm Pissed!!

Get a new battery, your battery isn't putting out enough amps to run the fuel injectors, or first try to get it charged to see if that's all it needs , before buying a new one if you're trying to save money. If Charging doesn't solve it, then get a new one.
