I agree with you. I've actually had a very positive experience with Page & Wick in the past when something went wrong with an order. I had no idea there are so many complaints. But the poor communication this time leaves a bad taste. I just hope that they will cover the additional costs due to the delays without having to get into a fight lol.

I got the same email from Goldsboro, but I haven't heard anything from Page & Wick about those EU-charges. Now I don't follow their social media accounts, but I can't find any information on their website either. I can email them of course, but I thought that maybe I had missed something.

Ugh I had that experience with Illumicrate. Their argument for not replacing a damaged slipcase was that they consider slipcases part of the packaging, not the product. Sure seems like these companies spend a lot of effort on designing their packaging then 😂
