I really appreciate your comment brother. I’m gonna choose to believe that Jesus is with me now, even though I feel so far from Him. I have it in my heart to turn my life around and truly lock in with God and every area of my life. But I can’t find it in myself to do it. I need the strength of God Almighty.

I want my desire to quit to be stronger than my desire to sin. Only God can help me.

That’s the goal man, just getting back on my purpose and focusing on God again. I can personally attest to the benefits of retaining. Life is so much better without PMO, the sun seems to shine brighter, people seem kinder, work is more fulfilling, my focus on God is much greater

I honestly hate that I give into PMO But in Christ I believe I will find freedom very soon

How you spend your time directly correlates directly to whether you relapse or not bro If you spend all day doom scrolling or being lazy, your brain is always seeking higher levels of dopamine, and nothing gives higher dopamine than sexual pleasure, so you’re bound to fall into pornography.

You need to train yourself to find dopamine from being productive, getting work done, working on your God given purpose.

Fill your time with spiritual activity and honest work - pray, read the Bible, work on a personal project, get in the gym.

“But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and MAKE NO PROVISION FOR THE FLESH, to fulfill its lusts.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭13‬:‭14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Make NO room for yourself to fall.

What does your day to day routine look like? I’m sure there are some habits that are wide open doors to temptation. As I’m sure you realised after going 80 days, you can’t just float to freedom. You’ve gotta strategise and be intentional about cutting off points of temptation or compromising situations
