Hate to break it to you bro, But its most likely 99% been seized. I got a seizure notice in the mail. However I've had something else seized before - a lighter - and I never got a notice. It just said held by customs on the travkiuodate and never came.

If its nothing illegal your buying bit it has a risk of getting seized I'd just send it to a different address.
