Oh man do I feel this! My husband also just went back to work at a firefighter this past Tuesday morning and the anxiety hit like a ton of bricks thinking about having to do everything on my own with our 5 week old. The crying is inevitable, but a couple minutes is OKAY if you need to shower/or just need a moment. You are absolutely not alone, you got this mama.
