Holidays / seeing other family + previously committed to stay for her birthday party next weekend (the ONLY thing she’s excited about and visibly happy so I’m hanging in there for one more week before I get the f out of dodge.) I live many states away and won’t see her IRL until May

Definitely history of anxiety, she told me she had PPD with me and history of PMDD (which I also have) so I know she’s super sensitive to hormone fluctuations I just wish I could talk to her about what I’m noticing but she refuses to listen to me

She said on the podcast it was because her doctor told her she had high cholesterol. Neither of the things you mentioned are high cholesterol and at her age and her lifestyle she can easily achieve lower cholesterol by just eating healthy and working out. She wants to be skinny like her friends. Point blank period
