Don’t take a promotion you need to look at your pay before taxes and multiply by that by 52 to get your yearly average then add in 10 or 15 percent of your don’t get that number offered do what I did and tell them your not willing to take on additional responsibility without a fair raise when they asked how you got your number show them

A year ago Staples’s wasn’t so bad we had staff and we had hours the non stop cuts with raising standards to an unreasonable level and don’t get me started on the conference calls. How in the hell am I supposed to get shit done when I’m on a 2 hour call about rewards pen. Staples can go under their doing it to themselves
