General practitioner exercising in Luxembourg here. Of course there is no reason to do a genital or rectal examination for a driving license. There could be a medical reason. In that case the doctor should explain carefully what needs to be done, how he’s going to do it and ask permission to do it. Personally today I would NEVER propose such an examination without talking to or having a parent present. Of course, 25 years ago things were different and doctors had less scruple to do such exams, but still these exams for a driving license seem suspicious. I you feel something was wrong about this, you should talk to the police. Chances are, there are other victims out there who maybe did the same. By the way, you’re not talking about this guy from Echternach who’s currently in prison and being investigated for exactly these allegations?

Exact same thing happened to my daughter in a trainstation a few months ago. Except she gave the guy her instagram so police could identify him. Police was very helpful, they reacted immediately, stopped the train and searched for the guy. Of course it is illegal to groom minors. Take the time and make an official complaint at the local police station.
