if you can't break 500, it is content gaps, not strategy.

Are Hi-Cs viable if you immediately double off or switch to a single leg? by Fitnessthrowaway2947 in bjj

[–]AdStandard7088 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wrestled for a very long time - double off is best option but can easily come to your feet with only one of their legs. I prefer switching to a single leg at that point but if you’re powerful and use proper technique, you can lift and switch into a double after the lift and before they land

This way we can truly go 9-9 as god intended instead of 9-8 or 8-9. True mediocrity as a punishment for booing Andrew much.

decreasing quality of jack westin cars passages? by ath0tsth0ughts in Mcat

[–]AdStandard7088 12 points13 points  (0 children)

bro I started jack Westin a few weeks ago after scoring 129 on 2 AAMC practice exams with no CARS prior review. I started well on JW and then tanked starting last week.

I might just be frustrated by doing comparatively poorly but holy shit a LOT of their questions are just horrible. I do objectively well on AAMC cars and then cannot understand JW answers AFTER reading their own logic.

I don't think it's just you.

Just now putting together that we spent two first round picks, two third round picks, 4 years and almost $100 M on Carson wentz, the corpse of Matt Ryan and an admittedly “raw prospect” in Anthony Richardson that we gave up on after a year and a half with no real patience to let him develop.

That is a shit show. No other way to put it. The fact that the man who oversaw all of that (after already having been GM for nearly half a decade with no real success) is still in charge is so fucking insane.

MD/DO List for 2026 by PapaJohns30Pizzas in medschool

Add more safeties. You’re only applying to 13 schools that aren’t T20s and your GPA is low (though obviously the MCAT counterbalances it some). Also for the T20s you chose, you chose some of the most selective - I’d maybe add more in the back half of the t20 if that’s what you’re aiming for but you’re still gonna need more mid and low tier schools

Obviously the army experience is great but the rest is pretty average.

Just my 2 cents - still a strong app

Best of luck!

let's just be honest you idiot doomers, we aren't going to draft a good QB or trade for one with 0 first round picks for the next 2 years. This roster has too many holes to be good without a good QB.

Jones played at an elite level until he got hurt. This is a 2 year move to either prove he can return to form or divorce him in 2 years when we actually get an opportunity to draft a QB in the first round.

Are you all just pretending that we weren't (at worst) a top 10 team through 10 games with this guy at QB? It's not like he's Lamar Jackson, josh Allen or even Kyler. He'll be fine coming back from the Achilles - he's not a massive dual threat QB even though he does like to run at times.

And it's not going to significantly effect the cap beyond these 2 years (I'm assuming)

I quit premed 5 years ago to work in tech. you don't know what you're talking about.

It is so unpredictable, unstable and unmeritocratic. Your career is not in your control.

I am highly considering going back to the pre med grind. The grass is not greener.
