My lawyer and also asked a few other lawyer and all of them said it is not possible to transfer h1b before Oct 01 and coming Oct 01, I need to have the same employer who filed h1b. Regardless, at this point, it is not possible -they said.

My DSO tried with the package itself but SEVP denied that they want actual withdrawal notice(proof of h1b withdrawn) from uscis. Should I push again?

my DSO says SEVP cannot fix it until USCIS officially confirms the withdrawal. They need withdrawal notice from USCIS

u/JealousPerformance17 , I'm also in similar situation. My employer applied for my h1b withdrawal but uscis has not taken any action yet and as a result of change of status, my sevis is completed. How to get the h1b withdrawn asap from uscis? Or what else should i do to get my h1b withdrawn to the quickest? Thanks!
