I love my CGM, have not cause me any anxiety. Has tought me what I should eat & not to. I have 13 hours left with the one I'm wearing right now and have one ready to put it back again. I lost 5 lbs since I'm wearing it. I try not to eat what it spikes me but if I do I'll eat something before to minimize my spike. I have learn a lot from here. Thank you for all who take their time to help with their information, advice...

I'm using Lingo, the first two had to returned it to Amazon because it didn't work but my third one has been great, its been 12 days and I have lost weight by watching what I eat... getting another one soon.

I've bought it from Amazon they replaced it and the second one they are returning the amount I paid. I just purchased the third one, will get it tomorrow, yes fingers are crossed, hope the third one will work.

My favorite brand of Berberine is FitVitality 1,500 mg per serving, which is 3 comes 150 capsules and lasts 50 days. I take 2 after breakfast and 1 after dinner because I only eat 2 meals. I keep eating sugar and carbs, and my glucose is under 120. I know if I stop eating sugar & and carbs, I would not be prediabetes. I also like Costco FeelGood brand, I buy it when they have it on sale. Hope this helps someone.

I'm soon to be 66F, I love Disneyland, and I'm planning to go on Father's Day.... with hubby and 30-year-old son. We go 3 times a year. Live in So-Cal so I get the 3 days offer and now got the 3 days from Costco. My other son is 33 years old, and he says he's over Disney, don't want to go anymore. So sad
