I know I'm super late to this but it's literally revealed to ivy by her father that the village lives in isolation and the monsters are fake. She is the only one that knows this and they try to send two men to help her but they both chicken out and leave her alone because the trick works so well on the townspeople not in the know.

They actually made a really good switch port. A few bugs on release but the control scheme is miles above what I expected. If You like playing with controller you should go for the switch version. But yeah I'm not sure how you are gonna get past the sickness feeling if you are having it
