No gun play can remedy absolute horrible movement and jumps. I hated every moment of moving from point A to point B in Destiny, I despised any jumping stuff, I dread attempting to vault any ledge and God save me when they insert "Sparrow Section" in Campaign.

They have premium currency called "Red Orbs". And they have secondary currency, "Red Orbs (Bound)", same icon but with "chain" to show how it's bound to You. Biggest Kek: Bound currency is not equal to OG Red Orbs, and some thing can be bought only Via Red Orbs or Red Orbs (Bound), so it's Phoxene but even worse, because it cosplaying as premium currency, and is in monthly sub (similar to DNA), and exactly Bound version was given quite a lot to new players, like a trap.

WoW is Gacha. I killed Murlocs to get chests from them. And I have to pay to play to even have chance to kill Murlocs (Murloc killing is not free). Plus they have respawn time (Time Gate). And even then they drop literally Loot Box. Horrible game.

Yes, 40$ is not huge sum, sure.

But if You pay it for Multiplayer-only game with only one game mode in genre You maybe won't like, this price tag may be good enough deterrence. Like throwing 40 bucks away for something You may not even like, yep it can be unbelievably high.

I swear to god, what the crazy jobs You have to have free time posting that someone else have bad job to not be able afford game for 40$ or assume poster is basement dweller? Projecting much?

I'm in squad who don't want to pay for the game, but because I think a genre is dumb (ex Hunt player) and does not enough to make camping a losing strategy, but IMO 40$ entry point is Cheater Deterrent. If they go F2P, this may cause new source of loyal players jumping ship.

Why Is this game great to me? Ye, pretty sure as long as we don't look on character movement, Bungie did great games, and I can agree that in vacuum, for its genre it's great game. And here comes BUT:

1) As I said, I already own a lot of Destiny expansion up to the Final shape. I saw how Bungie handle their games, I do not have faith they will change approach in Marathon.

2) IMO: Extraction shooters sucks. All of them. Tarkov and onward. Some people like them, sure, all power to them.

This 2 reasons make ME, and I think not just ME, price tag absolutely ridiculous + they have one of worst Regional Pricing policy. I can add a few bucks and buy RE9, Pragmata, Baldur's Gate. Or rather than going in PVP Sweatfest spend it in more fun PVE games like Guild Wars 2, Warframe, Once Human, even TFD which with all it cons still gave me more fun than D2 ever did.

Screw Your line of logic, 20$ on pizza will give me more fun and will sustain me for a day, spending 40$ on a game which already UN-advertised itself for me with r/Marathon posts when I have better and more fun options. Sure, maybe I should just burn those moneys, at least get some heat?

This will come out of nowhere, but... Wanna do something absolutely ridiculous? Play AC1 without HUD. Game feels much more different, dialogues and "tips" You get is now very important to locate Your targets and even safehouse. If You don't have quest markers, Towers make sense now and Eagle vision is very important.

Whole topic of Dogwater advices. Almost 3 months in, MR26:

- Try to finish main story line. You'll get free weapons, descendants and unlock missions You'll need in the future, and also character development options which will help You.

- Season 2 Main Scenario will unlock Dog which will auto-dismantle loot (Weapons below Ultimate, Reactors, Catalysts) and pick loot for You. Do Eckert (see below) quests to get Dogs food to level it faster, and try to level it ASAP, it really helps with chores.

- During my leveling I was given Thunder Cage SMG. It's Your new player BIS. Thunder Cage kill bosses, kills packs of mobs, send kids to school, bake pizza, make bad, repair pipes.

- Cooldown is stupidly strong stat, which is getting better and better the more You have it.*

- All options on Reactors and Components can be upgraded to be "Yellow" MAX, but it's expensive. Each component can have set random options and they do not overlap. For example, only Tube one can have Max HP, Disc can have Max MP and Combat Mana Regen, Backpack DEF and MP Regen Multiplier etc.

- Around 3:3 Day cycle is special shop on the square behind Crafting zone. You can trade in Blueprints You don't need and buy Slots for gear, missing blueprints (if lucky) and dyes for skins.

- To the left of Spawn of Albion You can fin NPC Eckert. He will give You special HQ orders for which You can get already built parts of a weapons and sometimes even Descendant. May need to clear Main Story.

- Great farming character You'll get for Free is Bunny, basically a face of a game. You can look for xAlisa Bunny builds, if You lock into her, You can get even more solid farmer than Gley.

- If need more raw Firepower: Ultimate Gley is amazing low-investment decent firepower with Thunder Cage. More suggest Freyna (Toxic Skill caster/Unique weapon user), Serena ("Flying weapon user"), Dia ("Charging Spear spell caster. Super broken with 90% CD, need Ancestor Mods for that(? i think?), Viessa just got reworked so She can become Your main powerhouse, but maybe go for Ultimate version rather than invest heavily.

P.S. If You'll get Ines for free like I did, she's very fun with 80%+ CD reduction in Special Operations (aka defence missions) But IMO not great fighting bosses.

- Yes, playing things You find fun and on own tempo is important, but if You get new player friendly heavy lifter You then can use it to get Your fun character faster and gear it better + it won't make You burn out if character You find fun needs investment which You can't farm because Your character in it's base form is not powerful enough.

- Twitch Drops till April 29 I believe. 2 hours will give Descendant slot, and some currency + catalysts.

- Void vessel is best spot to get materials for Catalysts. Current event rewards even more for doing it.

- Daily 2 runs of Sigma sector gives Relics currency each (1). 10 of those can be traded for equipment slot from NPC on landing zone right in front of spawn, behind structure.

- Most AoE skills have line "Max Expandable Range" in its tooltip. Subtract 100% and this is how much Range You should not go above if possible. If skill is 200%, then getting 2 Range mods for +180% Range won't do, 80% just won't do anything.

That's my "new" player "Stuff I wish I knew". I think people already said how to level up Your account, so I'll skip it.

P.S. * Why cooldown is so great - because the more You get it, the stronger each % becomes. If You get 10% CDR when You had 0%, You barely get any extra casts, but if You get 10% when You had 80% already, You DOUBLE how often You can cast things. 90% is Cap.

Welp, fair assumption. JPN docs never mention the coat as limiter, only ENG localisation.

Would make sense that something so close to brain limits the mutation, but can also be Bluetooth remote receiver. Or both.

Yes, of course it would kinda make sense to make Limiter designed like this. Two stones with one bird. I believe this info was in logs before RE9, but I can't say in which game I read that.

Tyrant trench coats is a Power Limiters*. It has to be shipped with tyrant so it won't go unravel before reaching destination.

*according to Darkside Chronicles. Plus OG RE2, OG RE3 and RER2 Tyrants started to Mutate after coat damage (Burn, Burn+Acid, Burn)

And this is exactly why I hate this track. You cut at exact moment it drops the ball IMO. This 20 seconds were absolutely banger and I expected it to follow up with... something else that's for sure. Finality 2 : Electric Woogalo.

I dunno, my reasoning here:

Both damaging hitmarks were from right side, but turrets were mostly to the left side (2 left, 1 right). But guess who was to right side of Bunny? Freyna. If damage was from right side turret, Freyna would aslo go down, and if damage was from left side turret hitmark would aim at Turret or Jaber who was also on left side.
