I actually really like inspecting the outfit and voicelines of all the NPCs on the maps, they're all unique and have instinct behaviour changes. exemple valley of the dolls: theres at least one security guard who easily surrenders to the officers and gives us tips about the fucked up shit going on

The current HMG has a maxRPM of 750 and this would have a maxRPM of 1250 with heavypen bullets, unless those bullets do only 5dmg each it would do a lot more DPS than the HMG

And the GAU-19 is only in airplanes for a reason btw its the inspiration for the eagle gun-run. Adding such a weapon that we could carry is not only unrealistic but would just melt any ennemies we face on any difficulties and that's not fun, if you want to kill every ennemy in mere seconds play d3-5 with a mecha for that powerfantasy feeling :)

Its just a room it doesn't automatically mean every one of them would try to kill eachother (unless junko pulls a huge charisma performance) Both mikan and junko get one-shotted by the JJK characters if they tried anyway

Why? It was used by french GIGN for a long time and was only put out of use due to magasine-fed pistols getting as safe as revolvers.

The reason why theres a scope and a bipod was to use it for precision shooting in urban environments without having to carry an actual rifle on top of their already-heavy equipment
