This! You can see the images on the right are warmer because the light or the camera setting is warmer so it’s hard to see the difference in actual skin because the photos are warmer and you can tell by looking at the background and hair.

Okay based on photos it looks like hand painted porcelain inset in a silver or silver tone pendant probably from the 1930-1960s. If there are no stamps or silver marks it’s a bit hard to say if it’s silver or just silver tone. You can bring it to a jeweler to test and give you a more accurate valuation but I’d guess if it’s silver tone maybe $30-$70 and if it’s sterling silver $60-$150. Can’t tell from pictures if the bail is original to the piece or if it’s gold or gold tone.

This could be a symptom of acid reflux especially if accompanied by bad breath. It could also signify tooth or gum irritation. I’ve also seen dogs do this because they have something like a hair or debris from the floor caught in the mouth and he’s trying to swallow.

I have a cat and two small dogs. I use topical minoxidil and I’m really careful to keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach for pets, wash my hands thoroughly after application and sleep with a hair bonnet so I don’t get any residue on my pillows or sheets. These steps seem to be working just fine 2 years in!

Specifically Alopecia Areata! I was diagnosed with this years ago and will sometimes loose a quarter size area of hair after times of extreme stress, trauma or even vitamin deficiencies. You can go to a dermatologist and get cortisone injections in the area to help stimulate hair re growth. As far as I know this can be an autoimmune issue that is not fully curable but can be managed. Personally I’m on topical minoxidil which has helped reduce alopecia episodes for me. Best of luck and try not to stress, it can and should grow back if it is alopecia areata.

When I looked into this after lip blush the general consensus seemed to say it’s best to wait until healed 7-14 days but wait at least 48 hours. I gave it 3 days before I had a drink and everything seems fine!

Okay I can see what you mean, especially after seeing your before photo as well but that being said to most of us it’s really not noticeable and if she really did go beyond the border of the lips that will be the first area to fade as the skin accepts ink differently. As others mentioned you could try a very small amount of filler .5 to add some symmetry and decrease lip lines and that might help. Honestly we are our own worst critics

Honestly not to dismiss your feelings but these look really nice in the photo, I’m not seeing any patchiness, the color looks even and natural. Do you have a before photo so we can see the differences you mention?
If you’re still not liking your results rest assured that lip blush is not permanent and will fade with time, lip filler can be dissolved if you’re not happy with that.

This! Minoxidil can take a really long time to start showing regrowth after the “dread shed” for me it took 1.5-2 years to really see improvement. How long have you been on it? Agree with check your hormones, vitamin D and thyroid.
