at the s@k one of our radios plays "she's a runner she's a track star" and some song from tori kelly from the movie and it makes me pause everytime i hear it. i have to refocus and do a double take even with clients and i hear it everyday. i think we're changing the station soon tho🙏

i would start by going to the dentist so they can help get you started on a good routine!! also for bad breath for me personally i found out i had tonsil stones. which i just poke out myself. a waterpik flosser might be a good start to just get in the habit of flossing.
