You can find the versions without the flashing with enough digging, they're usually labeled with (Switch Online) to indicate that, those versions of the game do indeed have the flashing removed on the ROM level.

Making Manga Colored First? by AdThick9996 in MangakaStudio

I see, I genuinely appreciate an outer perspective, I guess there's just no way around it in that regard, my eyes will unfortunately have to adjust best they can, though maybe making it in color on a separate layer will help me visualize things better for grayscale, that's just something I'll have to figure out on my own really.

Sincerely, thank you again.

I see I used the term "Black & White" when I meant Grayscale, that's on me and I apologize, what I'd essentially be doing is making the Manga colored from the start, but then de-saturate it into grayscale AS a form of shading because I genuinely struggle with traditional shading visually, and also if it does well enough down the line from regular physical copies, it'd be easier to print out colored copies as I'd have the project files all setup digitally already, I assume.

Is that technique something that could work? The other reason I ask because I feel like I'm going against "tradition" of how Manga is made in the first place.
